The 10 RPD (Revenue Premium Days) were supposed start after November 5, 2019. CWA Local 7040 filed a grievance back in December 2018 over $200 Bonus payout for December 1, 2018. As a result, this is the settlement agreement. So, we will have 4 RPD this year and agents will have the opportunities to get paid at time and one-half when they work the RPDs. All agents PT or FT will get 1.5 time pay on their designated RPD days. RPD days will be different for each station. Please, check with your station GM.
